public class UtilityMenuPane

This class defines the utility menu of this medical image application. After a data set is loaded, the utility menu is created and placed at the right side of the JFrame. The memu includes a title and six sub-menus. They are located in a rectangle area in a GridBagLayout. The user can adjust the position of the title and sub-menus by modifying the parameters defined in the property file. The first sub-menu is "General" sub-menu: the user can change the layout of of the displayed images and the operation scope: process-all or process-current. The second one is "Transform" sub-menu: Two slider bars are defined there to allow the users to change the zoom factor and the rotation angle. The third one is for starting/stoping the cining-loop. Also, the users can change the frame-rate of the cining loop. The frame rate is defined in frames-per-second. The fourth one is for window/level: Two slider bars are defined there to allow the users to change the window/level values. The maximum of these slider bars are adjusted based on the maximum pixel value of the loaded data set. The fifth sub-menu is for annotation and measurement. And the last one is for displaying the histogram or statistics of a rectangular ROI.
